What (was) for dinner Wednesday

We are still emptying the freezer, so this time we were getting rid of the frozen scallops. Note to self: never buy frozen scallops again, they're not great.



I lifted this Scallop, Bacon and Potato Salad recipe from Amuse Bouche. Go over there and see if you don't get hungry!

I added some steamed asparagus, so it became a

That recipe looks great. Unfortunately, here in hickville, even the "fresh" scallops were probably frozen first.

Your house is coming along so nicely. Love the bathroom tub.
